About Us

CSU Group of Institutions was established in 2024 by the Sardar Patel Education Group, Vindhya Shiksha Samiti, Balaghat, in the historic region of Rewa. It functions under the visionary leadership of Er. Diwakar Singh, Hon’ble Chairman of Sardar Patel Education Group and Chancellor of Sardar Patel University, Balaghat.
The foundation stone of the CSU campus was laid in 2022 with the vision of establishing a private university across more than 70 acres of land at Village Palhan, Umari Chowk, Tehsil Sirmour, District Rewa. The first institute established on the campus was the CSU College of Pharmacy, offering D. Pharma and B. Pharma programs with an intake of 60 seats each. These programs are affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. In 2025, the intake for the B. Pharma program was increased to 100 seats.
In the same year, the CSU College of Engineering and Technology (Polytechnic) was established to offer diploma programs in six engineering disciplines: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Cement Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mining & Mine Surveying. These courses are approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.
Also in 2025, a 150-bed CSU Ayurvedic Hospital was established to provide quality healthcare services to the people of Palhan and surrounding areas, equipped with modern facilities and advanced equipment.
CSU is dedicated to academic excellence, innovation, research, and holistic student development. Named in honor of the legendary warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the institution upholds the values of courage, integrity, leadership, and service to society.
